An Accident in 22 January 2012

i read in detik.com (the biggest news portal in indonesia) about the terrible accident in Tugu Tani, jakarta

it`s terrible because it kill 8 people which still pass in the street when the car (one type from Daihatsu) hit them without control from the driver..
8 was killed and 5 is still injured..thats great victim..

the driver is suspected had no driver license..and when the case of accident bring her car more than 70km a hour..wow..


she can bring the car, but she had no driver license..how come?i really dont understand...
